We woke up to a glorious
day today! marvelous blue sky and warm sun, so
hopefully it will be here for all of today! We seem to be back to the marvelous weather we had in February?
Aberdeen football Club have
made it in to the top 6 and hit some form of late but will they keep that
going??

is well into the new season, but with the last three weeks having been a bit inconsistent
with the weather a real mixture. Hopefully now we can get some sun behind
our backs and enjoy the course. If your looking for a testing challenge to your game then you
won't find many better examples of links golf with great scenery of our
sandy coastline than Murcar.
Aberdeen Property Market; Prices
have now stabilised for rented properties there is still a serious lack of supply in 1 & 2 Bedroom
flats. However larger properties have actually fallen in price recently. The installation of the HMO licenses have also put pressure on the
students finding suitable accommodation. The market is still roaring away! with
properties not staying on the market for more than a few days.
All prospective tenants out there should know that our minimum requirements to letting a property are that you provide the rent!! a deposit equivalent to the first months rent, and a
£55 administration fee, we do require some sort of reference (Previous Landlords or Work Reference).
